Brett joined Nolan in 2009 and focuses on the origination and execution of middle market M&A advisory assignments. He has 9 years of investment banking experience and has advised clients on acquisitions, strategic alternatives, fairness opinions and capital raising assignments for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Brett has advised on transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in aggregate value. He has worked with clients in the industrial, business services, building products, distribution, technology, consumer and healthcare industries.



Prior to joining Nolan, Brett was an investment banker at National City Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards Capital Markets. Brett earned his MBA from WashingtonUniversity and his BS from MiamiUniversity. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 79 securities licenses with Nolan & Associates' broker/dealer, Middle Market Transactions, Inc.
