John has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, private industry as a CFO and investment brokerage. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting from Illinois State University. John's expertise includes a variety of issues related to the financial analysis of companies. He is responsible for the presentation of client financial statements, financial statement processing and pro-forma forecasting.

In addition, John works with our client's legal and accounting advisors to consider corporate and owner tax issues and strategies.
