Pat is founder and President of Nolan & Associates. He is responsible for originating and executing middle market business sales, divestitures and reorganizations. Pat has participated in closing several hundred transactions across a broad sector of middle market corporate America during his 30 years in the business. He has also found time to serve on middle market corporate boards and contribute as a speaker and panelist before numerous business and industry groups. Pat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Business.

Mr. Nolan is also President of Middle Market Transactions, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC and a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan & Associates. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses with Middle Market Transactions, Inc.
