Rick has over a decade of Merger & Acquisition experience originating and executing middle market transactions. He has both MBA and Engineering degrees from the University of Illinois. Rick has extensive industry knowledge, having worked with hundreds of business owners over his career. Prior to Nolan & Associates, Rick was an executive with a Fortune 500 Energy company. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses with Nolan & Associates' broker/dealer affiliate Middle Market Transactions, Inc.

In addition to deal origination and execution, Rick leads the firm's development of Confidential Business Reviews, Buyer research, Buyer / Seller matching and directs our use of technology.
